Role and objectives:

The Digital Dept Operator works under the production manager. The Operator is responsible for running the heat presses, laser cutter/engraver, Roland cad cutter, and Roland large format printer/cutter. The operator must have excellent attention to detail and aptitude for production.

We are looking for someone that plans to stay with us long term.We will train you to use and maintain all equipment-no specific experience needed. 

Compensation Package:

  • Wage: starting $20.00 per hour. After 3 months merit based increase up to 20%
  • Extended health benefits including health, dental, vision after 6 month probation

  • Follow directions in customer approved mock ups
  • Review designs for spelling or grammatical errors before producing them
  • Generate production ready graphics
  • Assemble and engrave trophies and awards
  • Press heat applied graphics to a variety of fabrics and garments
  • Number and name personalized clothing
  • Execute weekly and daily machine maintenance tasks
