Where can I pick up my order?

Where are you located?

VH Sport is located right between the cities of Castlegar and Trail British Columbia in the small town of Genelle. Specifically we are right off highway 22 at 1005 Commercial way in the Genelle Commercial Park. The Businesses surrounding us in the commercial park are: Crawford Truck Repair, Keegz Towing, United Rentals, Pacific Rim, Local Industrial Partners, Marwest and Gwill Cranes.

Where can I see all the product options?

Question 4

Can I cancel or change my order?

Accepted Answer

You can change your quote as many times as you need until you press the Quote Approval button and submitted your e-signature.The clothing/products will be ordered specifically for your order as soon as you approve your quote. Once you see your first mockup- You can change your artwork and logo until you are 100% satisfied, and press the Art Approval Button. Sometimes for a speedy turnaround- we will include the artwork approval at the same time as the quote approval. Make sure to read your emails from us carefully to ensure we are on the same page- and everything is as you want it.Once approved, no further changes can be made.Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after products have been ordered, or production has begun.

Question 5

How do I use a sizing chart to know if the garment will fit?

Typically this process will work:
1. Grab one of your favourite garments of the same type that you know fits well.
2. Lay it flat and measure from armpit to armpit → this is your across-chest measurement.
3. Measure from shoulder to bottom hem → this is body length.
4. Compare your measurements to the size chart and pick the closest match.
There can be a manufacturing variance of up to 2 inches, so “close” is usually perfect for hoodies and t-shirts.
For jackets, sometimes seeing it in person really helps.
We have a huge selection of samples at our Genelle Showroom—come by and try things on!

What is the minimum number of items I need to order?

It depends on the process and whether we’ve done the job before.
If it is a slow time of year- we will make exceptions. 
 
Process Minimum – these minimums are per design.
DTF(digital transfers) – 1 items
Embroidery – 6 items
Engraving – 1 item
Screen printing (1 colour) 12 items
Screen printing (2 colours) 24 items
Screen printing (3 colours) 48  items
Screen printing (4 colours) 72 items
Screen printing (5 colours) 96 items
Screen printing (6 colours) 144 items

Question 9

Are DTF(Digital Transfers) prints as good as screen prints?

"Absolutely!
They have a slightly different sheen, but DTF prints are durable, long-lasting, and excellent for complex logos and small runs.
Because all colours are printed at once using a digital print head, pricing is simpler, and the quality is fantastic.

Question 10

I made a mistake and didn’t order enough shirts. Can I order a few more?

Yes—mistakes happen!
If you place the extra order within 3 weeks of your original, we’ll only charge a $15 setup fee and give you the same volume discount you received on your first order.
After 3 weeks, the job will be re-quoted based on the new total volume.

When are you open?

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
There’s often an owner or two at the shop earlier or later—so if you need to pick up or drop off outside of regular hours, just let us know. We can usually accommodate.
We are closed on all Stat Holidays.

Question 12

When will my order be ready?

Accepted Answer

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 2–3 weeks.
From October–December, and April-July production times may be longer due to high seasonal volume.
From January–March and July–September, turnaround times are often shorter.
For custom manufactured products that are sourced from factories overseas, production time is 5-7 weeks. Timelines will be discussed when inquiring about custom products. They vary based on time of year and type of project.

Question 13

Can I supply my own items for you to decorate?

We cannot guarantee the results on supplied items- it is best if the garments or items are ordered through us from one of our trusted suppliers. If you have a specific item, or items you would like decorated, call us at 250-693-2326, and we can talk about it.

Question 14

Can my order be shipped?

Accepted Answer

Yes, shipping can be arranged. We will charge the cost of shipping once the order is finalized and the shipping rates have been confirmed.
