Raised silicone prints can be customized by logo design, size, placement, and colour. Logos are precision cut from thick silicone sheets and heat pressed onto the garment for a raised finish. Designs work best with bold, simplified artwork and are available in black, white, orange, safety yellow, grey, navy, pink, and red.
How do we do it?
We start by simplifying the artwork into the shapes and layers that can be reproduced in silicone. The dimensions, colours, thickness, and amount of raised detail all need to be defined before the artwork goes into production.
The silicone decoration is manufactured from those specifications and sent back to us ready for application. We position it on the garment and use heat and pressure to bond it to the fabric. The finished result has a smooth, flexible, rubber-like surface.

Why does silicone look so… expensive?
It’s the depth and shadow. A simple logo is physically raised off the garment, so your eye notices it in a way that a flat print doesn’t. It has a clean, technical look that feels right at home on performance apparel, outerwear and premium athletic gear.
Is silicone more comfortable than embroidery?
It can be a fantastic alternative when you want dimension without stitches going through the garment. There’s no embroidery backing, bobbin thread or knots against the inside, making it especially interesting for lightweight performance pieces and garments worn close to the skin.
What kind of logo works best?
Simple is better. Our silicone is cut from film, so bold lettering, uncomplicated icons and clean one-colour logos work beautifully; tiny details and complicated multicolour artwork do not. The upside is that we can offer this really distinctive look at a much lower minimum than a custom PVC patch.
How long does this take?
3 weeks. Production timelines begin once both your product selections and artwork have been approved. Any delays in approvals may affect your final completion date—so the sooner everything is confirmed, the sooner we can get started!
