Digital Transfers
Digital transfers are perfect for full-colour logos, small runs, fast orders, and tricky placements.
Full colour without the big minimums.
Digital transfers allow full-colour designs with fine detail and gradients to be printed with crisp detail onto plastic film, then transferred with a heat press to the garment. It works well for complex logos, smaller order quantities, or custom names and numbers.

Why Choose This?
Digital transfers reproduce detailed, colourful designs with sharp lines and smooth gradients. They are a versatile option for smaller quantities, complex artwork, and a wide range of garments.

Wear your story.

Digital transfers can reproduce almost any colour, including gradients, photographs, and complex multi-colour artwork. Designs can include solid backgrounds or transparent areas that allow the garment fabric to show through for a more integrated look. Transfers can range from very small details up to approximately 12" × 24" and can be applied to many locations on a garment.
How do we do it?
We start by preparing the artwork at the correct size and making sure the file is clean enough to print properly. This often means tracing or vectorizing supplied artwork so we can get a sharp, high-quality print, even when the original file is fairly low resolution.
The design is then printed in full colour onto DTF film, including a white ink layer so the colours stay bright and accurate on both light and dark garments.
Adhesive powder is applied to the printed transfer and cured.
The print is applied with our in house industrial heat press. We position the transfer on the garment and apply it using the correct combination of temperature, pressure, and time. Once it has cooled, the carrier film is removed and the print gets a final press to ensure durability, and give it a nice texture.

Minimum Order Quantity Disclaimer
Digital transfers have a minimum order quantity of just one piece.

What can Digital Transfers go on?
Digital Transfers are printed ink with a heat-activated adhesive, which means they can bond to a wide range of fabrics. They’re a great option for water-resistant jackets, bags, and outerwear, where embroidery may puncture the fabric or screen-print ink may not adhere as well.
Are Digital Transfers good for small orders?
Yes. Digital Transfers are one of our most cost-effective options for small runs and reorders because there’s much less setup than screen printing or older cut-film methods. That makes it easy to add a few extra shirts later without starting the whole process over again.
Do digitally printed colours look bright?
Very. Digital Transfer printing has come a long way, and modern transfers produce smooth, vibrant colour with crisp detail. They hold up very well through regular washing, with wear generally appearing around the same time as the garment itself starts to show age.
How long does this take?
1-3 weeks. Production timelines begin once both your product selections and artwork have been approved. Any delays in approvals may affect your final completion date—so the sooner everything is confirmed, the sooner we can get started!
