Quote Approval
Based on your selections, we’ll prepare a clear and detailed quote. This ensures you know exactly what products you are ordering, and how much it will cost before we move forward with your order. This is also the stage where any product choice changes can be made—if everything looks good, you will approve the quote and we will get the products ordered, and start on your mockups.
Art Approval
Once the quote is approved, we create a digital mock-up of the items in your order. You will see your logo in the correct colours, size, and placement. Nothing goes into production until you approve the artwork. At this stage details and changes in decoration may change the original quoted price (say you decide on a smaller logo than originally planned). We will make those updates and let you know if art changes will affect your original quote.
Production
Using our professional equipment, we carefully print, embroider, or engrave your products with precision and attention to detail. We will send you an email when your whole order is done.
Pay for your Order
You can pay for you order in several convenient ways.

Pay securely through the Printavo invoice link in your email.
Pickup or Ship
When your order is ready, you can pick-up in person here in Genelle, or have it shipped directly to you. Make sure to tell us in the inquiry stage if you need it shipped, so we can quote the shipping costs and make sure we have you address details correct.
