Embroidery can be customized through thread colour, logo size, placement, and stitch style. We stock around 100 thread colours to closely match your branding or existing garment details. Stitch choices, such as satin or tatami fills, can also change the texture, sheen, and overall appearance of the finished logo.
How do we do it?
We start by taking the artwork and digitizing it into an embroidery file. The stitch types, direction, density, underlay, sequence, and thread colours all have to be built specifically for the design and the garment it is going onto.
Once the file is ready, we produce the embroidery in-house on our own embroidery machines. We stabilize and hoop the garment, line up the design, and run the stitch file. After stitching, we remove the garment from the hoop, trim any excess backing or threads, and check the finished embroidery.

Does my logo just get sent to the embroidery machine?
Not quite! Your logo is first rebuilt as an embroidery file, with every stitch carefully planned for its size, placement and garment. Stitch direction, density and layering all affect the finished result—which is what gives embroidery its distinctive texture and dimension.
Will embroidery last through lots of washing?
Absolutely. Flat embroidery is one of the most durable decoration methods we offer and will often outlast the garment itself. We use 100% polyester thread for excellent colourfastness, helping your logo stay bright and sharp through repeated washing and everyday wear.
Can anything be embroidered?
Not quite. The garment needs to be hooped and securely mounted on the embroidery machine, so some fabrics, locations and garment constructions work better than others. We’ll recommend the right placement—or a different decoration method—when embroidery isn’t the best fit.
How long does this take?
2-3 weeks. Production timelines begin once both your product selections and artwork have been approved. Any delays in approvals may affect your final completion date—so the sooner everything is confirmed, the sooner we can get started!
