Custom jerseys offer almost unlimited customization, including colours, patterns, logo designs, and logo placements. You can recreate the look of a favourite team jersey or build something completely unique. With so many options available, starting with a jersey style you like is often the easiest way to develop a design that feels uniquely yours.
How do we do it?
We start by building the jersey artwork with the correct team colours, logos, names, numbers, and placements. The artwork has to be set up specifically for the jersey manufacturer, because the graphics are built into the garment panels before the jersey is sewn together.
Once the artwork and sizing are approved, we send the production files to the manufacturer. The jerseys are printed, cut, sewn, and finished to the specifications we supplied. When they arrive, we check the order and complete any additional decoration or finishing that needs to be done here.

Custom jerseys require a minimum of 10 pieces and 5 weeks.
Why do custom jerseys last so well?
Custom jerseys are built for the sport they’re made for. Sublimated designs are dyed directly into the fabric, so they won’t crack, peel or fall off, and we can select fabrics suited to the application—from durable, breathable hockey fabrics to lightweight soccer materials.
How far ahead should we order?
Custom jerseys typically take 4–6 weeks to produce once the artwork, sizing and roster are approved. Because every jersey is made specifically for your team, we recommend getting your order confirmed well before the start of your season.
Can we add jerseys later?
Yes! We can usually order additional jerseys for new players or future seasons. However, double-check everyone’s sizing before the original order—custom jerseys cannot be returned for sizing mistakes, and ordering one or two jerseys later costs more than including them with the team order.
How long does this take?
5 weeks. Production timelines begin once your Roster, Jersey Pattern and Artwork have been approved. Any delays in approvals may affect your final completion date—so the sooner everything is confirmed, the sooner we can get started!
