Embroidered patches can be customized by shape, size, thread colour, border style, and embroidery coverage. Choose from standard shapes or a custom contour cut. We stock over 100 thread colours, with options for merrowed or clean-cut edges. Patches can be fully embroidered or allow the base fabric to show through as part of the design.
How do we do it?
We start by preparing the artwork and digitizing it into an embroidery file. The digitizing controls the stitch direction, stitch type, density, thread colours, and the order everything will sew.
Instead of embroidering directly onto a garment, we stitch the design onto patch material. Once the embroidery is complete, the patch is cut to its finished shape. It will either get a merrowed edge, or a clean cut edge for more complex shapes.

Clean, bold and simple designs produce the strongest embroidered patches. Fine detail and very small lettering can get lost in the stitching, so we may recommend simplifying your artwork to get the best finished result.
How many patches do I need to order?
Our minimum is 12 embroidered patches, including reorders. Choose adhesive, Velcro or no backing depending on how you plan to use them—and if you want them permanently attached, we can also sew them onto your garments for an additional fee.
How long does this take?
3-5 Weeks. Production timelines begin once both your Quote and Artwork have been approved. Any delays in approvals may affect your final completion date—so the sooner everything is confirmed, the sooner we can get started!
