PVC patches can be customized by shape, size, colour, and attachment method. A custom mold is created for every design, with PVC colours mixed to closely match Pantone colours. Designs require defined spot colours rather than gradients or very fine details. Finished patches can be sewn onto garments or applied with adhesive.
How do we do it?
PVC patches start with vector artwork that is simplified into solid colour areas and different raised or recessed levels. Fine gradients and tiny details usually need to be adjusted because the design is physically molded rather than printed.
We send the finished production artwork, colours, dimensions, thickness, and backing requirements to the patch manufacturer. They create the mold and build the patch using coloured PVC. We review the proof before the full quantity is produced.

5 weeks. Production timelines begin once both your product selections and artwork have been approved. Any delays in approvals may affect your final completion date—so the sooner everything is confirmed, the sooner we can get started!
